Sender: nobody@ctr.columbia.edu Organization: Purgatory Date: Wed, 20 Jan 1993 04:07:56 GMT X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.1 PL8] Message-ID: <1993Jan20.040756.12110@sol.ctr.columbia.edu> X-Posted-From: sundial.gatech.edu NNTP-Posting-Host: sol.ctr.columbia.edu Lines: 17 Two questions since I just joined the 386bsd reading flock. 1) I have heard several mentions of a 386bsd book coming out. What will be the focus of the book (ie. admin, programming for it, programming the kernel, etc.?) and when it the expected release? Are there any other 386bsd books coming out? 2) Since people keep throwing out the words beta and gamma and whatnot... When is the "official" non-beta release coming out, or will it always be beta? -- ========================================================================= Death: the high price of living ========================================================================= Jeff M.
