Thanks to all who replied my previous postings.  It works now.
The solution is:

    sz -be file-list

    rz -b -w 8192

With other combinations I tried, it failed.  Interesting enough,
when you failed once, you will never get it right unless you
log out and re-login.  And I think this is the reason why
I couldn't get it work when the solution was mentioned by
some netters.  FYI, I tried sz with '-bu', '-bZ', '-beu', '-beZ',
'-buZ', and '-beuZ'.  And none of them worked.  I use kermit and
seyon 1.8.

One last question related to this topic:  Am I the only one who
had this problem???
