I wonder what could be the reason to keep the FAQ and the BUGLIST
(and BTW, the patch-kit) "hidden" on agate.berkeley.edu; this
forces many people without access to ftp-connections asking the
same questions again and again...

Any hints?

(And YES, I would appreciate seeing those files among the other
tons of FAQs, BUGLISTs e.a. in a news.group).
