Summary: I ported elm.

Is anyone interested in me posting a compiled elm-2.3 somewhere handy?
(FTP, not really -posting-, anyway)

It didn't take alot of modification, but it took some.. and the configure
script is probably a pain for mail-neophytes like me. I don't know where
to put it, or if it requires enough "work" to make it worth the space it
takes on a 386bsd site. Opinions?
