Hi there
I have a problem with my tape. When creating a backup with tar a verify fails.
Tar tells me 'tar: Skipping to next file header' a few times and then stops
with
an unexpected EOF.
I created a big tar image on disk and copied it with dd if=image of=/dev/rwt0.
This can be read from tar. Cpio works correct, too.
Has somebody a hint for this bug?
regards
Frank
