	Hi folks,

I've got a Conner-3540 with an Adaptec-1542B as HD-System.
I want to install a MS-DOS-partition about 160MB (I really need it !)
and want to spend the rest for 386BSD.

I made two partitions with MS-DOS' fdisk, changed BSD-Id to 0xA5 and
installed DOS and later the BSD-Partition with the Tiny-Bootdisk.

Everything works fine for me.

Now I want to divide my BSD-partition into
	a: /root 40MB
b: swap 32MB (does it have to be b: ?)
	g: /usr 60MB
	h:	/home	160MB
something like that...

My Questions are :

1) how to disklabel my partitions ?
I think it should work with the disklabel-command e.g.
	disklabel -e -r as0
   and enter the new values.

2) What should I enter in the row cpg and what means cpg ?
For the swap b: and c: i don't need to put in anything ?
In a: I found the value 16 for cpg. What does that mean ?

3) If I put BSD as the first DOS-fdisk-partition I find
an offset of 32 sectors after installation of BSD.
Is this the offset for the bootsectors ?
If I install BSD on the whole drive there is no offset of
   32 sectors.

4) Install with the Tiny-Bootdisk gives me 10000 sectors of
swap-space but the beginning of the swap-space (offset) isn't
directly behind the partition a:. Why is there something left
   out ?

5) What to enter fsize and bsize (512,2048) 386BSD did set on
Quantum-ProDrive105-SCSI and on my Connor it was set to (1024,8192).
   Which one to take ?

6) After Tiny-Installation my Interleave was set to 0, but when I tried
to change the label it said Interleave 0 is wrong ! Shall I set it to
   1 as on the ProDrive105 ?

7) Is there a difference if I put the MS-DOS partition before the
   BSD-partition ???
I looked up the FAQ but found only something about the installation
on the new partitions, but not how to label them.

I haven't found answers th these questions by now, cause I'm new
to 386BSD. If anyone of the wizards could help me (and some of my
friends too) would be great.
