It's my understanding that the USL vs. BSDI testimonies have already been presented in court (on Jan. 22), and are now awaiting the court's judgement. It will be refreshing to finally hear what actually went on in court, rather than speculation. I haven't seen anything posted on what was actually said in court. One question I have is, on Jan. 22nd, was USL vs. UCB handled in the same time frame as BSDI, or is that a seperate issue? -- Greg Hackney hackney@moxie.hou.tx.us
