HPUX will not authenticate if your root uid is contained in more than 8 groups. Check your /etc/group file, or use the "group" command as root to see how many groups root is in. If you reduce the number of groups, you will be able to mount. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Al von Ruff Motorola Microcomputer Division, Urbana Design Center Voice: 217.384.8553 1101 East University Avenue, Urbana, IL 61801 USA Internet: avonruff@urbana.mcd.mot.com UUCPnet: uiucuxc!udc!avonruff
