The 2 files on wotan are essentially the original 0.1 dist.fs and fixit.fs with the first 512 bytes (floppy boot code) modified to work on most old Compaqs. There are no 'patches' or kernel code involved. Those progs won't work on my Compaq 486/50, but the boot code available on ref.tfs.com will. -- Greg Hackney hackney@moxie.hou.tx.us
