Hi,
   I have some machines in a lab with Oak Technology OTI077 OTIVGA video
cards. The fat chips on board have numbers such as:

1)	UMC um70c171-66     [28 pin dip]
2)	OTI077  FD197 3018A [square surface mount];
3)	also a bios rom chip.

It is a 16bit card but is able to run with reduced capabilities when given
an 8bit slot. Anyone ever heard of it?
