Then under the licence terms posted last week, UCB/CSRG is REQUIRED to
re-distribute it.

Why are you slandering people of commiting criminal conspiracy for doing
what AT&T licences require, or their own thing. If I was one of those you
bassly name, I would have had you arrianed by now.
