A friend using my 386bsd over packet radio tried to set his tty
to echo only newlines, nothing else (suitable for slow channel).
He couldn't get it to work as he wanted.
In /sys/kern/tty.c, function ttyecho checks if a character should be
echoed or not. A test for newline seem to be upside down, replacing
c == '\n' with c != '\n' fixed the problem.
(I always hated those multiline if(...)'s.)

BTW, the frequencies are 430.650 MHz and 144.675 MHz, welcome :)
