I am wondering exactly what SCSI adapters can be used with 386BSD. I currently have a WD-7000 FASST2, and I am looking at a Future Domain 1680. However, all the documentation I can see mention only the Adaptec 1542 controller. Are either of these compatible? Do I actually have to dig up a 1542? On the side, my configuration currently (or shortly will be) a 200Mb SCSI and 1Gb SCSI, dual floppy, and Diamond SpeedStar (ET4000) video. However, I am looking into replacing the 200Mb SCSI with an IDE to solve some problems. Is this a valid configuration? Can I use both drives? ======================================================================= Brian O'Neill - Systems Manager, Computer Science (508) 934-3645 University of Massachusetts at Lowell Internet: oneill@ulowell.edu Moderator, comp.binaries.ibm.pc
