Second, I would like all of you to know that I fully support Jordan in this transition. He has impeccable qualifications, and a boatload of resources we would all envy. Lastly, I would like the 386BSD community to know that I still intend on staying involved in the patchkit process, but I don't have the time to co-ordinate things. I'll still do my best to answer questions and post hints and helps to the group, but I'll try to stay out of Jordan's hair. :-) >Finally, as his last official act, Nate will be releasing patckit >0.2.1. This patchkit should >be considered the "official unofficial patchkit" and I will assume >that you've applied this as part of the next patchkit. It's been uploaded to agate, and will appear in the patch-kit directory whenever Chris gets around to it. In the meantime, it is available on ref.tfs.com ~ftp/usr/src/patchkit-latest, and on agate in ~pub/incoming/nate. However the stuff on agate hasn't been unpacked yet, so your best bet is to wait until Chris moves it. For information on this version, see the next article announcing it.
