Due to some communication problems, I wasn't able to test these patches.
Hopefully we can get our communication problems worked out, but in the
meantime.  No offense to Karl, but you should not apply these patches to
the patchkit.  

1. These patches do not update the patchkit headers, and so after
de-installing will leave garbage lying around, or may not install
at all.

2. patch00082 assumes patch000600 is installed, so it will not work
from a virgin install because patch000600 will not be installed.

Other than that, they look to be very good patches, and they will
get integrated into the patchkit ASAP.
