After the reboot I am able to work normaly. No disc-crash. I have the patch-kit 0.1 without the wd8013-patch. Another problem is my keyboard. Every time I press the 'caps-lock'-key the machine stops. After remapping the key to 'cntl' all work fine. Sometime i think it had something to do with the memory.
