AT&T isn't even in the loop any more. Actually, I've been using AT&T also as the Novell deal is not done yet, AT&T still owns USL (to the best of my knowledge.) I believe all that has passed hands between AT&T and Novell is a letter of intent (corrections welcome.) If that's correct then I would imagine that AT&T as the majority shareholder in USL still has their hand in USL and Novell probably has limited influence until the ink is dry (perhaps the best influence Novell can have would be demanding USL settle the suit before Novell will throw their money in, assuming USL management wants Novell to do the deal, they may be against it, the prospect of having to work for a living rather than launch lawsuits may not suit their current corporate culture...ahem.) -- -Barry Shein Software Tool & Die | bzs@world.std.com | uunet!world!bzs Purveyors to the Trade | Voice: 617-739-0202 | Login: 617-739-WRLD
