Keywords: 386BSD SCSI Message-ID: <count.729725567@mits> Date: 14 Feb 93 21:32:47 GMT Sender: usenet@prime.mdata.fi (Usenet poster) Organization: Microdata Oy Lines: 21 Nntp-Posting-Host: mits.mdata.fi I'll be transferring a 386BSD system to SCSI from WD1007 ESDI and I'd like to know what controllers are supported a) in kernel b) with special add-on drivers ... I suppose Adaptec AHA1542B works, but are there any others? I have two caching controllers, Acumen AcuCache 1600 and a PSI hyperSTORE 816, is there a driver for them? I've been told that Acumen works much like PSI (and it uses PSI drivers too). I have a driver for both of them for ISC SysV, but I suppose that 386BSD is unable to use it... Please reply by-mai, I'll post a summary if needed. -- Bror 'Count' Heinola # Count in IRC # Alkutie 67 B 19 # count@mits.mdata.fi # "I've got a bad feeling 00660 HELSINKI # count@snafu.muncca.fi # about this."
