Hi *,

I'm proud to announce I have a working (hopefully, at least it booted
up) kernel compiled with gcc-2.3.3!

However, there were a few warnings that don't seem right. In particular
there was a 'comparison is always 1 because of limited range of
datatype" on line 412 of /sys/i386/isa/wd.c. This might need looking
into - it's in the bad block stuff.

Also this same warning came up somewhere in Hellmuth Michaelis's
pcvt-2.0 package, somewhere deep in pcvt-kbd.c. I don't recall the
exact line number.

There were also a few static/non-static function conflicts (I gathered
that from the warning text) also in wd.c and some other places, and
quite a few "structure defined inside parms" warnings in many places.
