Disregard that question - I've got hold of the 0.2 patchkit, and have applied patches 00602 & 00603 - separately. The problem still remains that the machine in question still hangs. I have isolated the problem slightly better though - It's just the console that hangs. I can still telnet into the machine. It would appear that the keyboard has hung. During bootup the numlock, capslock and scrolllock leds go on. They won't toggle if you hit the relevant keys. When the machine gets to the login prompt it just hangs. BTW - a kernel compiled using pk0.2 is fine! Any suggestions?
