First, you will need a patched kernel to recognise the 2nd disk
drive.  You will then need to create a disktab entry for for 2nd
IDE drive (that might not strictly be necessary - but it helps in
the long run).
Label the disk, using disklabel -w,
then newfs your drive.

You should then have a drive that you can mount.

(Hope I haven't left anything out!)
