Message-ID: <1993Feb22.161723.8139@alw.nih.gov> Sender: postman@alw.nih.gov (AMDS Postmaster) Organization: National Institutes of Health, Bethesda Date: Mon, 22 Feb 1993 16:17:23 GMT Lines: 31 Hello all! I got the dist.fs file from agate.berkely.edu and copied it to a 1.44 3.5" diskette using RAWRITE.EXE (from the same site). Whenever I try to boot off of this floppy it just gives me the welcome banner and then it just sits there, the diskette drive light always on. If I try to do it a second time, nothing at all happens (not even a banner). Any clues? My configuration: 386DX-33 4 MB RAM 105 IDE HD 14.4 Kbps modem at COM2: Trident VGA card, 512 K VRAM Any comments would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!
