Keywords: vi patch editor bug Sender: winzeler@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu (Loren Winzeler ) Reply-To: lwinzeler@uiuc.edu (Loren Winzeler) Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Date: Thu, 18 Feb 1993 16:36:18 GMT Lines: 19 Is there a bug fix or patch kit for the vi editor that comes with the distribution? I have experienced a couple bugs or inconsistencies. For example, insert at the first char of a line and then hit return... the line would appear to have been deleted. Sorry if this is common knowledge, I did not see anything in a recent faq.
