I "was" using the "/usr/local/bin/keymap -m se" with the earlier version of XFree86. After installation of 1.2, the codriver refuses to map the keyboard correctly, so i had to comment out the mapping... The included kernels, gives the same behaviour. ( I can't use them anyway ). What version of codrv are you using? The included kernels use the keycap-0.1.1 version of codrv. Could it be attributed to a difference in the keymap version v.s. the codrv version in the kernel or that suppored by the X server? Rich
