Now, since the system is within shot of coming up (if I can figure out how to allow non-console telnet logins) - I have to start thinking about backups. Here is a REAL shot in the dark. I have a Teac Mechanism 160 MB streaming tape drive which has been used with a MAC for several years via the SCSI port. Since I also have a Adaptek 1542B board running the HD on the 386 box, I wonder if by any chance anyone might have suggestions about using the tape drive? It's an MT2ST/N50, revision B (I need to get the revision E board because it implements a timing fix...)
