This statement is, in fact, wrong. I have myself seen a list entitled `partial list of infringing files in Berkeley Networking 2 distribution', or something like that. (I no longer have a copy.) USL undoubtedly is concerned that anyway gaining access to a complete list will simply rewrite all the relevant pieces of code before they make any legal claim.
