This statement is, in fact, wrong.  I have myself seen a list entitled
`partial list of infringing files in Berkeley Networking 2
distribution', or something like that.  (I no longer have a copy.)

USL undoubtedly is concerned that anyway gaining access to a complete
list will simply rewrite all the relevant pieces of code before they
make any legal claim.  While I don't necessarily think that USL is
doing the right thing, given what they are doing, that concern is
valid, and I would venture to say that quietly rewriting the code that
you (or even someone else) blatantly copies so you won't get caught is
rather slimy; it should have been rewritten to begin with.
