The head/sector count looks right. I have a 9380E formatted like that right now (though I'm using a Maxtor 4380E for my work disk until I get cables in for my expansion box). I'm using 35 sectors, though, and the extra sector is for bad block mapping. My current drive has no unmapped bad blocks as a result.
