Sender: usenet@wam.umd.edu (USENET News system) Nntp-Posting-Host: rac1.wam.umd.edu Organization: University of Maryland, College Park Date: Wed, 3 Mar 1993 23:41:33 GMT Lines: 14 Is there, somewhere, a dev file that supports com port 4? I recently put Tiny 386bsd on my hard drive, and I am in the process of transferring the system binaries from an ftp site. My comm program is giving me problems, so the process of putting those binary files on floppies for installation is being hindered by the fact that I cannot zmodem transfer more than 1 at a time. (a real pain!) I could use rz within Tiny 386bsd itself, but it only supports com 1 & 2...my modem is on com 4. Has anyone written a dev. file for com 4? Or is there one available somewhere? I apoligize if this has already been asked...I don't remember seeing any mention in this group before, so any flames are probably deserved. If anyone could email me with help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
