In the process of working on tip, I would recommend making it use the same
file lock format as Taylor UUCP. I've got some changes for that, but I can't
post them as a patch until I get the 0.2.1 patchkit in, and to do that I need
to install a 1.44 MB floppy in my System V box so I can format floppies so I
can backup the changes in my 0.1 patchkit system and reinstall.

Sigh...
