Hi I recently went through the process of adjusting the swap space (as set out in the FAQ). I have 16Mb of RAM and set up a swap space of 32Mb. The question is: Is the mere process of labeling the disk with a partition marked as "swap" all that is necessary to set up more swap space? Basically I just want to be sure that the swap space is actually being used. Are there any tools available to monitor swap usage? Thanks in advance Mike -- |~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~| | Mike Gunning mike@marge.mikom.csir.co.za | | mikomtek +27 12 841-2316 (Voice) | | CSIR +27 12 841-4065 (FAX) | |~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|~~~|
