Date: 8 Mar 1993 21:48:01 GMT Organization: Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lines: 13 Distribution: world Message-ID: <1ngeuhINNkd2@senator-bedfellow.MIT.EDU> References: <1993Mar8.131136.290@nhqvax.hq.nasa.gov> NNTP-Posting-Host: achates.mit.edu BSD does not support the VAXstation 3100. MIT did a port of BSD using Ultrix source code (i.e. not free). It would cost you less to get Ultrix. I don't know if we're allowed to distribute it to anyone, even to other sites with source. Neither Ultrix nor BSD supports the SPX color graphics system; both support the GPX color graphics option (GPX is the name of the Q bus option; it might be called something else in a desktop VAX). -- John Carr (jfc@athena.mit.edu)
