I have a couple of 386BSD systems on the internet doing mailing lists
under Smail3.1.28.

After a few Smail processes get going, the systems panic and reboot.
It appears to happen when Smail3 is waiting for lock files to be freed up
under flock() (but that's just an observation).

Any ideas in fixing this would be appreciated. Attached is the panic message.
