check with OSF. usually depending upon your licensing agreement you can
sell the motif binaries, mwm and related libraries. However as I
understand it you have to give OSF a certain fee per binary installation
that you sell.  So it is to the advantage of OSF to let you sell the
binaries since they stand to financially benefit - a very powerful
negotiation argument. 

A secondary attack is to verify the rules for cross-compilation on your
platform, which your company has license for, and to be allow to sell
the binaries.
