We had to up the value of timeout in the wdcommand function before the probe would see it. I think we ended up using 1500000 for the value of timeout. The problem is a machine that is too fast and a disk that takes its time responding to a DIAGNOSE command. Greg can verify if I stated this correctly. His office is right next to mine.
