Organization: Zenith Data Systems / Bull, Billerica MA USA Date: 11 Mar 93 09:59:03 Message-ID: <DRG.93Mar11095903@candidus.ma30.bull.com> Lines: 13 Sender: news@mips2.ma30.bull.com (Usenet News Manager) I would like to learn how to debug the 386bsd kernel. I'm having a problem right now where loading my .emacs initialization file into emacs causes the kernel to crash. I have some documentation on debugging crash dumps from another BSD-like OS but I can't find a crash dump on 386bsd. Is this something I have to enable? Any tips on debugging the kernel, including pointers to documentation would be much appreciated. Thanks. Daniel R.
