Since, XS3 is build at a lower patch level than XFree86, I am
more than happy to upgrade to patch level 23.

Part of the reason for not releasing a newer version for XS3 is
because I thought that XFree86 support for S3 chipsets was going
to be released soon. 

For those interested in S3 928 ISA card, I am going to get one early next,
should this one work well, I will let everyone know.
