After your posting I just uploaded it to ftp.uni-duisburg.de (134.91.100.14) in /pub/unix/386bsd-0.1/unofficial (Juergen and Hanjo, the Sysops, will be happy for the additional traffic :-)) Hope you have better luck now, although this site is in Europe as well. Strange with src.doc.ic.ac.uk, since it is one of the major sites in UK, and should be accessible without much problems.
