You'll see a marked improvement on how things work in pk0.2.2 Try a make depend in /usr/src/bin/expr, that ends in an mkdep reading from stdin, just sits there and waits, type ^D to finish it off. Agreed, it is not all in the patchkit, there are always more problems to fix, the list is growing faster than they can be solved... I was just trying to save some people some work....
