Put it up on agate.berkeley.edu in incoming, and post it's location in
case cgd is busy and can't get to it immediately (now why would I think
that cgd would be busy? ;-)).
You won't be able to "dir" the directory, but you can upload to it, so be
sure to remember the name (and mail cgd@agate.berkeley.edu telling him
about it).

I'd prefer a bipartite driver that leaves us with a /dev/mouse that will
act the same independant of the underlying driver.

Garret Wollman, Jorg, and myself have all built this; Bill J. probably
already has this for 0.2 without help.
