There are a goodly number of very helpful people working on 386bsd, and they give their work away for free to the likes of you and me. If you want a working anything, go and buy a commercial product and bitch at the vendor who is making money out of his product, and quit bitching at volunteers. You might be perfectly correct in your criticisms of the way patches are issued, and the latency times and the like. For the price, I will settle for 386bsd, and I know of several others in this category. Patch-kit workers, please keep up your good work.
