I know a guy who will install 386bsd on his computer. Now, he says that when he does, he will login as root when he feels like it. Now, why wouldn't this be a good idea? I've ahh...had this kind of experience before, as 'root', and know from my mistakes what can go wrong. ;-) But it would help to add validity to hear from you out in netland like what kind of reasons why this is wrong.
