I had the same problem with my 2.3.3 built kernels rebooting infinitely when compiled with the 2.3.3 binaries I got off of ref (may it rest in peace :-( ). When I got the 2.3.3 binaries made available by Charles Hannum on alpha.gnu.ai.mit.edu in /386bsd I was able to build working 2.3.3 built kernels. Thanks Chuck! Rick Dante rdante@sdcc13.ucsd.edu
