Those ioctls are missing from the floppy driver. However... I only tried 5.25 inch floppies and couldn't get newfs to work on them, even with a disktab entry specified. When I tried a 3.25 inch floppy, it worked fine. I received e-mail from Rodney Grimes suggesting I back out patch 92, and sure enough this solved my problem (although I'm not sure why). I now have a working pair of floppy drives under 386BSD.
