I wandered over to agate.berkeley.edu, in the TeX directory (/pub/386BSD/386bsd-0.1/unofficial/ports/TeX) and found a 600K or so tar.Z file, but that only contains a few new things like xdvi binaries and source. The other big set of split sources is too big, of course, to put into my machine at present. Is there such a thing? How much total disk space does it need, and do I need to install TeX fonts too, or can I use the fonts in Ghostscript (I plan on using dvips to take TeX documents to the 24 pin dmp I have). -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ in real life: david fox email: dfox@quack.kfu.com 5479 Castle Manor Drive, San Jose, CA 95129 "Thanks for letting me change some USA magnetic patterns on your HD" -me 408-253-7992 "You've just won an absolutely FREE trip to the Isles of Langerhans" -me ------------------------------------------------------------------------
