This means that EVERY patch installation would result in the recompilation of almost EVERY SINGLE program in the system, and most (all, with my new header files) kernel modules. Don't do it! (It would not be unreasonable to put #define HAVE_PATCHLEVEL_H in `systm.h', since it would only change the file once, and that file in included by kernel code AND KERNEL CODE ONLY, so there are no namespace issues.) -GAWollman -- Garrett A.
