When the (2nd?) newgroup control message went out it left the time in $NEWSLIB/active.times earlier than the time in $NNLIB/GROUPS so nnmaster was thinking "hmm, still nothing new in c.o.3.q". I'm surprised the cnews software allows duplicate entries in the active and active.times files. -- Adam David (adam@veda.is)
