   In order:

   1)	Someone has it working.
   2)	Unknown if an FTP site has been set up yet.

If you look on ftp.cayman.com in pub/users/386bsd, you'll find a tar
file which has a working multicast (and we driver) for 386bsd 0.1.

Steve MacCanne and I have talked about merging this with a version for
4.4 that he did - this will probably happen, but for now what I did
works fine. His version has better kernel memory allocation (I
believe the original Steve Deering code just grabs mbufs)

I've tested it with the sunos-4.1.x release and it does all the right
things.
