well I've tried several suggestions, and I have not been able to get tcsh
to work with escape characters. I'm feeling a great temptation to just
scrap tcsh. One thing that ran through my mind is setting up a script
that would put some information on the top of the screen (first line), the
thing is that you'll need to have this active only when you are in prompt
mode, so I'd have to use jobs to check for other processes. Anyon eknow
how to do it? I was thinking something like while(!jobs), but i haven't
the slightest idea how to use while.
