Yes there are many new news groups, check comp.os.386bsd.announce, 
comp.os.386bsd.bugs, comp.os.386bsd.misc, comp.os.386bsd.questions, and I
think there oohhh yea comp.os.386bsd.apps

Use unix split on it.  That is why the 0.1 386bsd distribution is split up
into lots of <300k byte files.
