That's not true. The VAX code in question is fully available in NET2
(which has had it's 32V derivation status totally cleared by the
courts now).  Just about all of the important VAX stuff is there (it
won't compile as is, because there are few "bugs").

My earlier posting was in reference to writing better config stuff by
looking at the VAX stuff. The config stuff in NET2 is certainly not
32V derived, rather, it's straight UCB code.
